报告人介绍： John Lucas 教授，目前是澳大利亚昆士兰大学兼职教授，原澳大利亚詹姆斯库克水产养殖系教授，系主任。John Lucas 是国际著名的贝类养殖专家，主编国际通用Aquaculture 教材（目前正在修订第三版），主要的研究方向如下：
• the ecology of Acanthaster planci (crown-of-thorns starfish, COTS) and other tropical starfish
• the biology and mariculture of giant clams
• the biology and mariculture of pearl oysters
• the ecophysiology of tropical bivalve mollusks
