About the reporter:

Li Mingyou, male,received his Doctoral Degree in Genetics under the Joint Training Program atthe Institute of Hydrobiology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences,and the Department of Biology, the National University of Singapore(2003.12-2008.6), and later worked as a postdoctoral researcher in theDepartment of Biology at the National University of Singapore (2008.7-2013.7). InSeptember 2013, he became a researcher at the College of Fisheries and LifeScience of SHOU. He was elected under Shanghai Pujiang Talent Program in 2015and Shanghai “Shuguang” Plan in 2016. He has also led two NSFC general projectsand many other projects. He is mainly devoted to using Oryzias latipes asexperimental material to investigate the regulating mechanism of fish germ celldevelopment, having established a related methodology and applied it to thegenetic breeding of commercial fishes. He has published more than 20 SCI paperson CurrMol Med, FASEB J, Pigment Cell & Melanoma Research, PLoS One, SciRep, Stem Cell Rep and many other top international academic journals.
