On October 10, SHOU signed a cooperation agreement with the University of California San Diego, under which the two parties would launch visiting student, overseas faculty training, scientific research and other cooperation programs.
On the afternoon of October 23, Zhan Jingxu, Advisor of Chinese affairs to the College of International Development of the University of California San Diego (UCSD), publicized programs of studying abroad, and signed cooperation agreements with SHOU. Also present at the meeting were Zhong Junsheng, Director of the International Exchange Offic; You Luquan, Dean of the College of International Cultural Exchange; as well as the principals and teacher representatives of international affairs of various colleges.
