Recently, Shanghai Science and Technology Committee (STCSM) has formally announced the list of 2019 Shanghai Young Scientific and Technological Talent Development Plan. Seven young teachers of SHOU have been honorably elected, setting a new record in university history.
Since the launching of this plan, a total of 20 teachers of SHOU have been elected. To be specific, the past three years (2017, 2018, and 2019) have seen four, three, and seven of our teachers included in the list, respectively. This increasing trend not only testifies to a continuous improvement in the scientific research ability of our young teachers, but also provides adequate talent reserves for building SHOU into a high-grade local university in Shanghai.
