From March 11 to 15, as authorized by the Fisheries Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Chinese delegation, composed of Doctor Liu Xiaobing (former Director of the Office of International Cooperation of the Fisheries Bureau, and visiting professor at SHOU), Professor Xu Liuxiong (the College of Marine Science), and associate professor Lv Ming (the College of Marine Culture and Law), attended the fifth session of the Technical Committee on Allocation Criteria (TCAC) (March 11-13) and the second session of the Technical Committee on Performance Review (TCPR) (March 14-15) of Indian Ocean Tuna Commission in Seychelles. 20 of the 32 members of the commission attended the TCAC meeting, and 14 of them attended the TCPR meeting.
