（记者：董俊）Shanghai Ocean University Professor Li Sifa, who is an expert in fishery, shows off the 455.2-gram “King” and 366-gram “Queen” of crabs at this year’s National River Crab Contest at the Central Hotel, a restaurant famous for serving crabs in the city. Hairy, or river crabs, are considered a delicacy by many people across China, and autumn and early winter is the best season to enjoy them.
