ShunsukeKoshio教授是鹿儿岛大学水产学部教授，水产学部学部长，Japanese Society of Fisheries Sciences, World Aquaculture Society (WAS), Asian Fisheries Society, and the Japan Aquaculture Society 常任理事，现任鹿儿岛大学副校长。ShunsukeKoshio的研究主要领域为水产动物营养与饲料。本报告是ShunsukeKoshio教授对其20多年来在该领域研究成果的总结及对未来研究方向的展望。
