Duan Jingjing, is an associate researchfellow at Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI). She received her Doctoraldegree from Kyoto University in 2012, and has successively engaged in researchon lipidomics, sphingolipid function, metabolism and related major diseases inGeorgia Institute of Technology, and in neurobiology-related research at HarvardUniversity and Boston Children's Hospital. She was once elected as “FutureLeader in Nutrigenomics”, and invited to give more than 30 reports atinternational academic conferences; she has also received many honors from Japan Oil Chemists' Society, the Agricultural ChemicalSociety of Japan, etc. In the past three years, she has published a series ofresearch results on famous journals in the fields of PNAS, Elife, Genes &Development, Cell Reports, Science Signaling, JBC, etc.
