About the seminar: In January 2018, theState Council proclaimed China's ArcticPolicy which explicitly supports the role played by “China-NordicArctic Research Center” with the exchange and cooperation related to thegovernance of the Arctic. In April, the International Performance ResearchCenter for Pelagic Fishery of SHOU welcomed Danish visiting scholar LauBlaxekjær who paid a one-month exchange visit to SHOUunder the “CNARC” scholarship. This small-scale seminar was specially organizedfor the purpose of implementing the Arctic policy of our country, helping SHOUjoin “CNARC” and promoting mutual exchange and cooperation.
