On the morning of November 27, 2019, the Memorandum of Cooperation (MOU) Signing Ceremony between SHOU and the National Institute of Water and Atmosphere Research Ltd., New Zealand was held at Meeting Room 101 of the Tuwen Information Center.Present at the ceremony were Cheng Yudong, President of SHOU; Zhong Junsheng, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office; responsible persons of the College of Marine Science and other related departments; teacher representatives; and Steve Parker, chief scientist of the National Institute of Water and Atmosphere Research Ltd., New Zealand. Clinton Watson, Counsellor of the New Zealand Embassy in China, and Shen Minmin, Policy Advisor of the Consulate General of New Zealand in Shanghai, also attended the signing ceremony, and witnessed this historic moment.
